Whether you want to live as close to your university as possible or whether you prefer a city centre location, we're sure to have the perfect spot for you and your friends.
We recognise that not every student wants to stay in a “cluster” room with a communal living area/kitchen which is shared with on average seven other students whom they don’t know and haven’t chosen to live with. Many prefer to live with friends in smaller groups in a more homely atmosphere.
Although flats are normally let to a group, we do have a few flats which are available on an individual room basis.
A family run business, we have been letting properties in and around Aberdeen since 1999.

Whilst most of our properties have 3 bedrooms, we also have one 4 bed flat and a number of 1 and 2 bedroom flats. Our aim is to provide students with a home away from home.

We do not operate through a letting agent and are proud of our hands-on management of our properties. We're the first point of contact for everything - there's no agent or middle man to deal with. You will have our contact details (mobile phone numbers and email) so in an emergency, you can reach us at any time. If something should go wrong, we try to sort it out straight away. Living locally we are able to respond quickly to any questions and concerns our tenants may have and, if required, can generally be on site within 20 minutes.
